We offer complimentary FedEx overnight insured shipping anywhere within the United States and Canada except Quebec. To ship your order, we require your billing and shipping addresses to match and we require the signature of an individual over 21 years old upon delivery.
For your convenience, we can also ship an online order to your work address. We will ship online orders under $10,000 to any work address within the United States and Canada except Quebec. Simply add your work address in the “Notes” section at checkout.
Unfortunately, at this time we cannot ship online orders to P.O. boxes.
Our shipping cut-off time is 4pm EST Monday to Friday except holidays. If your ordered product is available and you complete your purchase online by 4pm EST, we deliver your order the next business day.
2022 HOLIDAY SEASON SHIPPING
A high volume of orders is expected to impact shipping times this upcoming holiday season. To receive your order before December 24th, we encourage you to shop and place your order by December 21st 4pm EST.

Returns & Exchanges
We hope your experience and purchase have exceeded your expectations. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept your timely return for a full refund within 30 days with complimentary shipping both ways. We cannot accept returns after 30 days from delivery. If it is within 30 days of delivery date and in good, sellable, like-new condition:
- We will refund in full for all earrings, necklaces and bracelets
- We will refund in full for all rings (including engagement rings) in women’s finger sizes from 4 – 8 and men’s finger sizes from 8 – 11.
Please note if an item is purchased with a Shopping Code at the point of checkout, the sale is final and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Returned merchandise should include the original packaging and be in the same condition as when it was received.
Please call our Customer Service at 1-877-PERFECT (737 3328), chat us, or email at firstname.lastname@example.org to request return materials to be sent to you. Once you receive the return material, please package up the item within the return materials and drop off at your local FedEx facility for shipment. Once the return item is received and verified in our office, your refund will be proceeded. It may take 3-5 business days for the credit to show on your account.
Hearts On Fire is not responsible for items lost during return shipment.
Hearts On Fire offers this refund program for purchases made at heartsonfire.com only.
Please note, any Hearts On Fire items purchased from an independent retail partner cannot be returned directly to Hearts On Fire, and must be returned or exchanged at the retail location where the original transaction was made, in accordance with that store’s policies.
